InstaCare Trans provides private-pay wheelchair transportation from our home base in Chino Hills, serving Chino, Pomona, Ontario, and the surrounding Inland Empire, with trips into Orange, Riverside, and LA Counties. You book directly with us. No insurance authorization, no broker, no waiting on a health plan to approve a ride. Most trips cost $75 plus $4.50 per mile, and our full rate card is published so you know the price before you call.
Every ride is door through door. Our driver comes to the door, helps with thresholds and ramps, secures the wheelchair with a four-point tie-down system, and walks your loved one all the way inside their appointment. then does the same on the way home. Riders stay in their own wheelchair the entire trip.
We handle medical appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, hospital discharges, family visits, church and salon appointments: anywhere a wheelchair user needs to go, on your schedule.

Does the rider need their own wheelchair?
Most riders use their own chair, which we secure in the van. If you don't have one, ask when you book. We can bring a transport chair.
Can a family member ride along?
Yes. One companion rides free on every trip. Let us know when booking so we plan seating.
How far in advance should I book?
A day or two ahead guarantees your slot. Call for same-day availability. We say yes whenever the schedule allows.
